This site will provide cooking tutorials to help everyone. I want to take the fear out of the kitchen. I have worked in the industry over 40 years and covered a lot in that time. I want this site to be a bit different to others,as i have always been the peoples chef. I have taught thousands of people,all ages from all backgrounds.I make it all look really easy.
I will also have lot’s of different books to entertain everyone soon too,for sale and some professional catering equipment,seen on the tutorials.
